Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to Double VI services, including booking fees, consultations, trunk show bookings, and custom made-to-measure tailoring orders.
Effective Date: March 16, 2026
1. Policy Summary
All payments are non-refundable unless the error is on us. Because our work is personalized and made-to-measure, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind decisions or decisions not to proceed after booking.
2. Booking Fee
- Your booking fee secures your consultation slot and planning time.
- If you place an order, the booking fee is credited toward your final order total.
- If no order is placed, the booking fee remains non-refundable.
3. Custom Order Payments
Custom and made-to-measure orders are produced specifically for you. Once an order is confirmed and production steps begin, payments are non-refundable except where Section 4 applies.
4. Errors On Our Side (Refund Exception)
If an issue is caused by Double VI, we will review and resolve it. Examples can include a verified production error or a delivered item that materially differs from the approved order details.
Depending on the issue, the remedy may be alteration, remake, store credit, or refund. The appropriate remedy is determined after review of the order and fitting details.
5. Cancellations And No-Shows
Consultation and trunk show cancellations do not make the booking fee refundable. If your schedule changes, contact us as early as possible and we will try to accommodate a reschedule based on availability.
6. How To Request A Review
If you believe there is an error on our side, email us at brittney@doublevi.co with your name, order details, and photos (if relevant). We will review and respond as quickly as possible.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to be clear and fair for custom tailoring services. It does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
